Phillip is the Apostle of Ephraim, Joshua's Tribe. Joshua selected Phillip personally after THE LORD asked Joshua which Apostle Joshua wanted as the Apostle of his Tribe. Joshua loved what a good job Phillip did with His Dark Materials.
